Spacious grew out of Balitecture, a design and build studio that has been putting architectural villas into Bali's rice fields since before Canggu had traffic. Owners kept asking the same question after handover: who is going to run this properly?
So we built the team to do it. Today Spacious manages 80+ villas across Bali's west coast, from tiny architectural hideaways to four-bedroom family estates. Villa managers who meet every guest in person. Housekeeping, pools and gardens on a fixed rhythm. A concierge that sorts airport pickups and private chefs over WhatsApp.
Because we come from the building side, we treat villas the way their architects intended: maintained properly, styled honestly, and never left to fade in the tropical sun.

How we work
Every villa gets a dedicated villa manager, backed by an area manager who inspects each property monthly. Guests message one person from booking to checkout, and that person actually shows up at check-in.
For owners, the deal is simple: a flat 20% management fee on booking revenue, running costs itemised transparently, monthly statements that hold nothing back, and a team that treats your villa like the asset it is. We are a certified, fully licensed agency, and someone is on call around the clock when something needs fixing.
