Using this site

This website is operated by Spacious Bali. By browsing it, contacting us, or booking through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions go to hello@spaciousbali.com.

Bookings

Where the booking is made. When you book a villa, the reservation and payment are handled by our booking system or by the platform you book through, such as Airbnb or Booking.com. The cancellation, payment and house rules shown at checkout, together with that platform's terms, govern your stay. Prices and availability on this site can change until a booking is confirmed.

Villa information. We work to keep villa details, photos and prices accurate, but we cannot guarantee every figure is error-free at all times. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will confirm before you commit.

Concierge and third-party services

Our concierge helps you arrange services such as airport transfers, drivers, vehicle rentals, chefs, massages, tours and activities. These are provided by independent local suppliers, not by Spacious Bali. We act as an introducer: we recommend a supplier, help with the booking, and confirm the price before you commit. The contract for the service itself is between you and that supplier, and you pay the supplier directly.

Because the supplier runs their own business, Spacious Bali is not responsible for their acts, omissions, quality, timekeeping or safety, and is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from a service they provide, including anything to do with a vehicle, product, food, drink or activity. You use these services at your own risk. Please take the usual sensible precautions: wear the helmet on a scooter, check you hold the right licence and documents to drive or ride, and tell us or the supplier straight away if anything seems unsafe.

We do take your experience seriously. We ask our suppliers to operate legally, safely and to a high standard, and if a supplier is found to be acting illegally or providing poor service we will remove them from our network. If something goes wrong, please tell us so we can act on it.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photography, logos and design on this site belong to Spacious Bali or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission. You may share links to our pages freely.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spacious Bali is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or cost arising from use of the site or from services provided by independent suppliers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of Indonesia, including under consumer-protection law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. These terms are between you and Spacious Bali, a trading name of a company registered in Indonesia at Jl. Pemelisan Agung, Tibubeneng, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia, and are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
