You land at Ngurah Rai after a long flight, walk out into the heat and the wall of drivers calling for fares, and there is already a car booked in your name. Private, air-conditioned, room for one to four people with luggage. It takes you from the airport to your villa anywhere between Canggu and Uluwatu, and the fare is fixed before you land, so there is no haggling at the taxi rank at two in the morning.

How it works

1. 1Tap through to WhatsApp and send your flight number, landing time and where you're staying.
2. 2We confirm the fixed fare the same day and send the driver's name and WhatsApp contact before you fly.
3. 3The driver tracks your flight, so a delay or an early landing is fine. They wait just outside arrivals holding a board with your name.
4. 4Pay the driver directly when you reach the villa. Cash in rupiah is easiest.

Common questions

How many people and bags fit in the car?

Up to four passengers with normal luggage. Four adults each with a big suitcase and a carry-on gets tight, so tell us your bag count and we'll put you in the van instead.

Where does the driver meet me at the airport?

Just outside the arrivals hall, once you're through customs, holding a board with your name. Domestic arrivals is a short walk from international and works the same way. If you can't spot them, message us and we'll call the driver.

Can I pay in cash, and does it have to be rupiah?

Cash in rupiah is simplest and what most guests do. There's an ATM and a money changer in arrivals if you land without any. Some drivers take a bank transfer, so ask us first.

Do you drive to Uluwatu and the south, not just Canggu?

Yes. Canggu, Pererenan and Umalas are the closest, usually about an hour but up to 90 minutes in bad traffic. Uluwatu and the Bukit peninsula are further and cost a bit more for the distance, so we quote those separately.

Can you fit a child seat?

Ask when you book and we'll arrange one for a small extra fee. Bali cars rarely carry them as standard, so it needs a day's notice.
