A private van with aircon from Ngurah Rai straight to your villa, sized for five or more people plus luggage or boards. The arrivals hall is a wall of drivers shouting for fares. After a long flight, the last thing you want is to haggle at the kerb, so we send someone who is already waiting with your name up on a board. You pay one flat price for the whole van, agreed before you land.

How it works

1. 1Tap the service and it opens a WhatsApp message to us. Send your flight number, your landing time, how many of you there are, and the villa address. We usually reply within the hour between 8am and 8pm.
2. 2We confirm the flat van price and book a driver who knows the airport run. He tracks your flight, so an early landing or a delay sorts itself out.
3. 3He meets you just outside arrivals with a board showing your name, loads the bags, and takes you door to door to the villa.
4. 4You pay him directly at drop-off, and cash in rupiah is easiest. The price is fixed beforehand, so there is no meter running and nothing extra tacked on at the end.

Common questions

How many people and bags actually fit?

The van takes around five to seven passengers with a suitcase each, and there is usually room for a couple of surfboards on top. If you are a bigger group or carrying a lot of gear, tell us the numbers and we will send a larger van or add a second car.

What if my flight is delayed or lands early?

Send us the flight number and the driver follows it. He shifts the pickup to when you actually touch down, and a normal delay costs nothing extra. If the flight is cancelled or diverted, message us and we will rebook.

Where will the driver be waiting?

Just past customs, outside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. Ngurah Rai gets packed with drivers doing the same thing, so if you cannot spot him, message us on WhatsApp and we will get you on the phone with him.

How long is the drive to my villa?

It depends where you are staying. Uluwatu is about 45 minutes, Seminyak 30 to 45, and Canggu usually an hour, though afternoon traffic can push it past 90 minutes. A late-night arrival is the quickest, sometimes half the daytime run.

Can we stop on the way?

Yes. A quick stop for a local SIM card or cash from an ATM is no problem, just tell the driver. For a longer detour we will agree a small extra first so the price stays clear.
