You're already in a villa with a pool and a big table, so it's an easy place to surprise someone for a birthday or an anniversary. We handle the decorating while you take them out for lunch, and they come back to balloons on the terrace, their name floating in the pool, flowers on the bed, or a cake waiting with candles. Send us the name, the date, and a rough idea of what you picture, and we arrange it with a local decorator who does this most days of the week.

How it works

1. 1Tap through to WhatsApp and tell us the occasion, the date and time, the villa or area you're staying in, how many people there'll be, and any theme or colours you've got in mind. A photo of the space helps us work out where things go.
2. 2We reply within the hour, 8am to 8pm, with a set price for what you've described and a few options to pick from. That might be a plain balloon-and-banner setup, or a cake, fresh flowers and letters spelling a name in the pool. Nothing's booked until you say yes.
3. 3On the day, the decorator turns up at the time you pick, usually while the birthday person is out or still asleep, and has everything ready in an hour or two. If it's meant to be a surprise, tell us and we'll keep it quiet.
4. 4Once it's set up and you're happy, you pay the decorator in cash at the price already agreed. There's no booking fee, and standard setups don't need a deposit.

Common questions

Can you set it up as a surprise while we're out?

Yes, that's how most people do it. Give us a window when the villa will be empty, a lunch booking works well, and we'll time the decorator to arrive and finish before you're back. If someone in your group needs to let them in and keep quiet about it, just tell us who.

What can you actually include for the price?

The "from" price covers a basic balloon-and-banner setup. On top of that, people add letter balloons spelling a name or age, a floating display in the pool, fresh flowers on the bed or table, and a cake with candles. Give us a rough budget and we'll show you what it buys before you commit.

Do you do cakes, and can you handle allergies or dietary needs?

Yes, we order the cake from a local baker. Tell us the flavour, any writing you want on top, and anything it has to leave out: eggs, gluten, nuts, that kind of thing. A cake needs more lead time than balloons, so a day's notice is safest.

How much notice do you need?

For balloons and flowers, the same day is usually fine if you message in the morning. A custom cake or a big balloon arch is easier with a day's warning, and so is anything for a large group. Message us either way and we'll tell you straight what's doable for your date.

Can you decorate for something other than a birthday?

Of course. The same team does anniversaries, engagements, a welcome setup for someone arriving, or a small farewell. Tell us the occasion and who it's for, and we'll match the flowers, the wording on the cake and the colours to suit.
