A private villa is the right place for this, with no audience watching. We float fresh flowers across the pool, run petals through the bedroom, and set out candles for after dark. If you're proposing, we add a flower sign by the water for the moment you kneel. The team builds it all while you and your partner are out, so you walk back into a room that's already done. If you want the evening to carry on, we can bring in a photographer who stays out of sight, or lay on a private dinner.

How it works

1. 1Tap the service and a WhatsApp message opens ready to send. Tell us your villa, the date, and roughly what you're picturing: pool flowers, a petal-covered bed, candles, a proposal sign, dinner afterwards.
2. 2We reply within the hour (we're on 8am to 8pm) with a fixed price for your setup, and line up a florist we've worked with before. We'll agree a time so it lands while you're out of the villa.
3. 3The team comes in and sets everything up while you're at dinner or the beach. You come back to it done. If you've booked a photographer, they're already in position for the moment you propose.
4. 4You pay the florist directly when the setup's finished, usually cash in rupiah. The price is agreed before anyone starts, so there's nothing to sort out in the moment.

Common questions

Can you keep it a surprise from my partner?

Yes, that's most of what we do. We coordinate with whoever's booking and set up while the other one is out, so give us a window when they'll be busy. A dinner booking or a spa afternoon works well. Send us a number or a chat your partner won't see, and we'll stay off anything shared so nothing pops up on the wrong phone.

What does the base setup include, and can I make it bigger?

The base covers a flower and candle setup: petals on the bed and floor, candles arranged for the evening, and fresh flowers floating in the pool. Larger pieces are add-ons we price once you tell us what you're after, like a 'Marry Me' flower sign by the pool, a bamboo flower arch, a balloon wall, or a private dinner to follow. Tell us your budget and we'll shape it to fit.

I'm not staying in a Spacious villa. Can you still set it up?

Yes, anywhere from Canggu down to Uluwatu. We just need the villa address and a quick check that it has a private pool if you want the floating flowers, and that the villa is happy for an outside decorator to come in. Most are, but a few run their own rules, so it's worth asking us early.

How long does it take, and can we time it for sunset?

A standard setup takes about an hour to build, so we work backwards from the moment you're aiming for. Sunset is the popular one for proposals, and candles look their best once it's dark, so tell us the exact time you want to walk in and we'll have it ready before then.

Can someone photograph the proposal?

Yes. We can place a photographer nearby who stays out of sight until you kneel, then steps in for the yes and a few shots after. It's priced on its own and the good ones get booked up, so give us a few days' notice rather than asking the day before.
