About Cemagi & Seseh
Fifteen minutes past Canggu the traffic thins and the rice fields take over. Cemagi and neighbouring Seseh sit on a stretch of black-sand beach with a clifftop temple and almost none of the crowds. This is the area people are moving to next: still quiet, but the cafes are starting to arrive.

“Spent a week in Cemagi villa. We had a really lovely stay here. The villa is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully set up with great amenities. The daily cleaning service was such a nice bonus and kept everything feeling fresh. The hosts and property managers were helpful and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. “Casa Cemagi Villas is a bit farther from Canggu, but the peace and beauty of the surroundings make the trip worthwhile. The villa is new, modern, exactly as pictured, and perfect for taking beautiful photos, with a wonderful view. The staff is extremely kind; we became friends with Dewa, who was always ready to help. The complex is very secure, with surveillance cameras and a 24/7 guard, which made us feel completely safe. The wind made the ground floor doors creak a few days, but overall we felt right at home. After an unpleasant experience with another host, I was very happy to choose Casa Cemagi. The villa perfectly completed the last week of our Bali vacation, and it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Highly recommend!”
“Let me start by saying that from management down to the staff, everyone was incredibly communicative, friendly, kind, and accommodating. It truly felt like a home away from home, and it was always a pleasure returning each day to a clean and well-maintained villa. One minor thing to note is that the water had a noticeable odor. We later learned that this is common in some villas around Bali. Additionally, the road leading to the house can occasionally be challenging, it’s unpaved and muddy after it rains whether you’re using a Grab driver or renting a motorbike. That said, these were small inconveniences, and we would absolutely rent here again. Irene, Theddy, Dewa, and the entire staff were amazing.”
